Enjoying the weather

Well, as the title says we've been enjoying the nice weather and spending lots of time outside. Our late afternoons and evenings, minus supper, we are outside playing, on a bike ride or walk. The middle of the day is still pretty hot with the sun, so we play, read, and do activities like coloring. Yesterday the kids colored halloween pictures and I taped them in the windows on either side of the front door for decoration.

Luke and Kate has their 18 month check-up on Monday. Their doctor was very pleased. Luke was 24.14 lbs and Kate was 27.13 lbs. They got three shots. OUCH!, but Mommy got her flu shot too. We pray for healthy kids and not going back to the doctor until their 2 year check-up.

Nothing too exciting happening. We are looking forward to a trip to San Antonio in a few weeks. Sea World and the Zoo are in the plans.
